Flames Basketball Club – 2012 - TRYOUTS

Tryouts for the SC Flames 2012 teams will be held as follows:

• Saturday February 25th 10:00 am – 11:30 am 6th & 7th Grade Girls Teams: 6th/7th Grade Girls - Haynes
  6th/7th Grade Girls – Moore
  
• Saturday February 25th 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm 8th & 9th Grade Girls Teams: 8th Grade Girls – McGinley
  9th Grade Girls - Robinson
  
• Sunday February 26th 1:30 pm – 3:00 pm 9th & 10th Grade Boys Team: 9th/10th Grade Boys - Dillard
  
• Sunday February 26th 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm 10th & 11th Grade Girls Teams: 10th Grade Girls – Elite – Mathis
  11th Grade Girls – Elite - Newkirk
  

Tryout Fee: $10 per player (Checks made out to SC Flames)

Location: Phyllis Wheatley Center – PWC Gym – 40 John McCarroll Way Greenville, SC 29615

Notes:
Each player will need to bring his/her own basketball and water/Gatorade.
Gym opens 30 minutes prior to start of each tryout session.
No player will be allowed to tryout without completing the info form and paying the tryout fee.
If you are NOT able to make it to tryouts, please let us know immediately via email.
Practice schedules will be provided at tryouts for each team.
All teams begin practice on Tuesday Feb 28th at either PWC or SFCS-Shannon Forest Christian School.

Parents are welcome to attend and watch tryouts but must be quiet, respectful observers during the session.

Team Selection
Each player will receive an email on Sunday night, February 26th reflecting the status of their tryout.
We are forming teams for the following Grades/Ages:

Girls:
6/7th Grade combined – Moore
6/7th Grade combined – Haynes
8th Grade – McGinley
9th Grade – Robinson
10th Grade ELITE – Mathis
11th Grade ELITE – Newkirk

Boys:
9/10th Grade combined – Dillard
